Both Bob Sherman and Jana Shelden ("Karen Milner") are listed
in the British players' directory as "American, no permit
required" (I just looked up the exact wording in my old
research notes). Ray Lonnen orally confirmed Sherman's
nationality when he (Lonnen) was at the Sandbagger One
convention.
