Warship sounds the most interesting, as it's certainly a series and a
drama (instead of comedies like the other two, which may or may not be
series). He won an Australian Television Society award for best tv series
for Warship.. So I would love to get my hands on tapes of Warship. Or
at the very least hear something about his other works...
How about MacKintosh's books? The faq listed fair number of books. One
of which was a Sandbaggers novel doing episodes 4, 5 and 6. ("THE MOST
SUITABLE PERSON", "ALWAYS GLAD TO HELP" and "A FEASIBLE SOLUTION").
Episode 4 was the one were Larua first appears in. Unfortunatly episode 7
is Special Relationship which would have been too much (a novel version
of that episode? wow.). The novel was simply called The Sandbaggers.
I'm trying to track it down, and I think one of the libraries in my
city may have it. I checked a library via a computer link but can't
remember if it was the public library or the university library. It said
that particular book ws out, which usually means it's been stolen.
