Hmmm, I live sort of in the boonies <G> I used to live in Toronto, but live in a
small village 40 minutes NW of Guelph now for almost five years. I am lucky we
have some cable here, so that at least I get TV Ontario, Detroit PBS, A&E,
CityTV, BBS, CBC etc but there are neither movie channels :-( nor Bravo, nor the
Barrie channel (CKVR) which shows many old SF series...
However, village life mostly compensates adquately for missing out on some
stuff, but when BBS dropped Babylon 5 I was quite upset. Fortunately CityTV took
over and now I am facing a gap of 12 episodes. Glad to have B5 back though.
Hey, life ain't so bad, I am Dutch and only 13 years here. In Holland they got
upset with Dr. Who, as the children would get bad dreams from it.... And people
that like SF are just completely unrealistic, didn't grow up etc... at least
that's the general attitude. Here I am almost in SF heaven :-)
