I last saw Bob Sherman in the made-for-TV sequel to 'Gone With the Wind',
probably about 3 years ago. I think it was called Scarlet. He played a
doctor who attended Scarlet O'Hara - it was a VERY brief appearance, and he
looks older, of course, but I still recognized him. He played a southerner,
(American south, that is ! - "Miz Scahlette is powehfully ill ! ")so he
had the obligatory drawl. I think the show was filmed in Ireland and the
cast included many actors from the UK (Timothy Dalton was Rhett Butler and
Scarlet was played by an English actress, whose name escapes me). He was
listed in the credits as Robert Sherman, and given the shooting locations, I
assumed that he still lives/works in the Uk.
