Unfortunately by the time I realized I was interested and emailed the woman
selling them, they were already spoken for so I didn't get anymore details.
They were $2 each as part of a multimedia fandom sale. She told me that she
had an overwhelming response to the SB items.
I'd like to thank everyone for their kind responses. I only wish I'd been
smart enough to grab them the second I saw the list.
