This is just a guess as I have no real idea nor heard anything
"official". But I would gather that the actor who played the first C left
beause of health problems. Unfortunatly he reccently died of an illness
that he was suffering from for a time. (hopefully someone else will fill
in the details as my brain just isn't working properly at the moment)
Although I wouldn't rule out leaving to go onto other projects as he did a
lot of work.
I get the feeling that the secretary left for plot considertations. It
seems to me that the new secretary was brought in with a specific purpose
which suggets that it was an intended cast change and not simply the case
of an actor leaving.
BUt I could be wrong so if anyone else has some real information or
other opinions feel free to contradict me.
