There was something about the Sandbaggers that
touched me in a good way. I think it was the heroism
and dedication of the characters in combination with
Marden's great acting and the way that he projected
his character. Did the guy who wrote the book to
the teleplays?
My favorite episode was the one where the younger
guy was going to get Marsden's job and did not
succeed, and at the end Marsden says something like
"take his name off of my door". It was so typically
political.
The other one I really liked was when Willie and the girl
sandbagger overcame the terrorists on the airliner.
I can't remember the titles.
