I'm also one of the Roy Marsden droolers from way back! I agree, that Neil
would be the last character to attract me. Just goes to show what fine
actors the Brit's are. :-) One of the deep attractions about this series for
myself, as a writer, is the depth of character portrayals & the parallel
plots. Each episode may only be 50 minutes long, but you can't afford to
miss a single word.
