I can't prove it, of course, but I'm convinced you're right: Ross is
American; Karen Milner is British. She's close, but some of her vowels
aren't QUITE right.

Bob Sherman turns up as an extra in enough movies made in Britain that
I think he must be an American actor living and working in Britain.

As for the "American Rifle Association," I'm sure that was a deliberate
choice, not a mistake. The NRA has a notoriously limited sense of humor...
