Mark,
I agree absolutely with what you said. I too noticed the "first name ritual"
at work in the series. Marianne tried so hard to close the gap between them,
all to no avail.
Thanks for letting us know what the message on the card said. It's been
driving me nuts for years, trying to read that thing !
