The Sandbaggers' operations names were taken out of a book, presumably
computer-generated in order to be random and not to give away anything
about the operation. ("Just Cause" was a revolting piece of Reagan-era
propaganda -- invading a whole country to grab one man? I ask you!).
We saw the Duty Officer in the Ops Room look up the operation name in the
book at least once, and possibly more often.
